Microbiology & Biotechnology Laboratory
A microbiology laboratory is a laboratory devoted to the culturing, examination, and identification of microorganisms including bacteria, fungi, yeasts, etc. The microbiology laboratory has a crucial role in effective infection prevention and control (IPC).
Microbiological Lab Techniques
Equipments, such as oven, microbiological incubator, BOD incubator, single- pan balance, double-pane electrical balance, ultrapure water purification system, distilled water plant, shaking water bath, TLC apparatus, UV lamp, magnetic stirrer; homogenizer etc.
Chemistry Laboratory
This laboratory has all the necessary equipment for preparation of samples and standards for various analyses of liquid and solid samples. The laboratory houses traditional equipment including glassware, fume hoods, a muffle furnace, centrifuge, aggregate mill, and ovens.
Zoology Laboratory
Advanced Laboratory Techniques in Zoology includes mainly the principle and applications of, centrifugation, Filtration, chromosome painting different Microscopes like Scanning and Transmission Electron microscope, Micro-photography, Micrometry, Chromatography, Spectrophotometry, Electrophoresis by using Agars and PAGE. Botany Laboratory is well equipped with compound and Dissecting microscopes enough for each student to individually use it in class. In addition there are research microscopes for 15,000 X magnification to observe detail structure of microorganisms. Besides this the laboratory has anemometer, psychrometer, luxmeter, Soil Thermometer, pH meter, spectrophotometer, potometer, computer, laminar air-flow, autoclave hi-speed centrifuge and microtome for specific experiments for undergraduate level. Botany laboratory is also supplemented by Museum which has around 1200 specimens of plant and fossils, 3-D models and charts to understand structure of various biomolecules and plants respectively used regularly in practical classes
Physics Laboratory
The laboratory is aimed in enabling students to learn physics theories in a more elaborative manner with the involvement of its application. The experiments carried out are mostly the ones in coherence with the curriculum. For the first year undergraduate students the following basic experiments are conducted based on the curriculum
Maths Laboratory
The maths lab provides an opportunity for the students to discover mathematics through doing. Many of the activities present a problem or a challenge, with the possibility of generating further challenges and problems. The activities help students to visualize, manipulate and reason.
The kit includes: geo pin board, geo solids, peg board, geometry box, abacus, attribute, blocks, decimal abacus, fraction box, place value kit, number line, squares, cubes, parts of circle, parts of square, breaks.
Audio-visual aids Lab
Audio visual aids communicate ideas through the ears to the mind. A.V. Aids lab is opened for the students with L.C.D projector, Tripod projector, Computer, Laptop, TV, Camera, Xerox machine, DVD player, Tape recorder, Charts, Models, Posters and different types of Boards which can provide high-tech educational media to support the teaching-learning activities of the nursing students.
Computer Lab
The computer lab has established of 15 computers with latest configuration and internet connection. Efficient and experienced computer faculty is appointed to help the students in this field. We have all the licensed software needed for the lab.
Class Rooms
The Institute has Five well ventilated class rooms. The Institute provides well ventilated, spacious classrooms equipped with latest teaching aids such as LCD projector and White board to get a highly interactive dimension to classroom teaching. All class rooms are designed for 40 students' seating arrangements.
Library
The library has furnished with seat capacity for 100 students and has a collection of 1100 books, subscriptions of 10 National and 5 International journals, 10 magazines and 50 CD's. The library is handled by highly skilled and trained library professionals. A spacious reading room has attached with the library for the convenience of students. There are two library available in the campus.

Auditorium
The Auditorium is large enough, can accommodate 2000 students at a time. It has fully furnished with all electronic audio visual equipments for all curricular and extra-curricular activities in the college.
Transport
The Institute has its own transport facility comprising of buses and vans for the conveyance of students for practical training and all other outdoor educational visits.
Hostel
Hostel is provided for the students with separate rooms. Our hostel has well-ventilated rooms, reading room, visitor's room, indoor games facilities and personal lockers for every students. The hostel provided homely and nutritive foods according to the choice of the students.
Cafeteria
The canteen is primarily responsible for serving nutritious and hygienic food to the students and staff.
